The fuel consumption range required for each hour of operation is from 2.8 cubic meters of natural gas to 4 cubic meters of natural gas. Under stable operation conditions, it can reach approximately 2 cubic meters of natural gas. A burner can control a combustion space of 20 cubic meters and evenly distribute the heat within the combustion chamber.

Core feature

The Powder Coating Curing Burner operates in a thermal radiation heating mode. In this mode, the flame does not directly contact the workpiece inside the combustion chamber. Instead, it diffuses the temperature through the thermal radiation pipes, thereby significantly reducing the damage caused by the flame to the workpiece.
