280℃ extreme high-temperature durability test

High Temperature Catalytic Burner operated continuously for 72 hours at full load at 280℃, maintaining a constant temperature. The catalytic carrier showed no aging, deformation, or delamination failure. There was no open flame, heat interruption, or temperature drift throughout the process. The heat output power remained stable, fully compatible with industrial three-shift continuous high-temperature mass production conditions.

Emission purification test of exhaust gas

After being tested under third-party working conditions, the catalytic combustion reaction of the equipment was thorough, with extremely low residual amounts of organic volatile substances and exhaust gas.
