It achieves the curing heating through the infrared direct heating mode of the radiant tube. It responds quickly to temperature rise and the gas consumption during the constant temperature stage can be stabilized at approximately 2 cubic meters per hour. This ensures a uniform heat field, guarantees consistent overall curing degree of the coating, reduces color differences, pinholes, run-off and paint surface particle defects. The combustion system achieves complete combustion, low nitrogen emissions, and is in line with the environmental control requirements of vehicle spraying workshops. Do not cover the pipe materials with the workpieces. Regularly remove carbon deposits. Conduct maintenance by cutting off gas and power supply for cooling, and simultaneously start the exhaust equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the coating and production safety.
