Through the complete combustion of gas, it generates a stable far-infrared radiation heat source, and conducts the entire furnace's slow heating and constant temperature heat treatment through radiation conduction.
When Huashuo Factory was manufacturing this Metal Annealing Radiant Burner, the entire body was designed with a reinforced frame structure, which was compatible with mainstream annealing furnaces such as continuous belt annealing furnaces, trolley furnaces, and box-type annealing furnaces. The combustion system adopts a premixed air supply structure to ensure complete combustion, reduce ineffective heat loss, and be suitable for the slow process production mode of long-term constant temperature annealing, balancing the quality of heat treatment and long-term energy consumption control. Usage Notes
1. Before the initial installation and commissioning of the Metal Annealing Radiant Burner, complete the gas pipeline tightness test and exhaust replacement, strictly follow the ignition process of the gas equipment, and strictly prohibit direct forced ignition to prevent gas accumulation hazards.
2. When setting the annealing temperature control curve, follow the corresponding metal material process specifications, control the heating rate, insulation duration and cooling rate, and avoid rapid heating causing local thermal stress rebound.
3. Regularly inspect the surface condition of the aluminized radiation tubes to prevent hard objects from hitting, long-term dust adhesion, and prevent attenuation of radiation efficiency and local overheating problems, ensuring the uniform and stable heat field of the furnace chamber.
4. Monitor the gas supply pressure and gas quality, maintain stable gas supply parameters, and avoid temperature drift and abnormal combustion caused by pressure fluctuations, affecting the consistency of annealing quality.

Working principle
Natural gas and electricity are connected, the burner emits flames, the flames burn within the pipeline, and the heat radiates outward from the heat radiation pipeline, thus evenly distributing the heat in the heating chamber. Flameless heating will significantly reduce the damage to the workpiece and also maintain the cleanliness of the heating chamber.
