Fuel Description

The fuel type is natural gas. The consumption of natural gas per hour ranges from 2.8 cubic meters to 4 cubic meters. After the temperature stabilizes, it is approximately 2 cubic meters. Notes for Attention

Usage Notes

1. Before installing the Natural Gas Radiant Tube Burner, inspect the pipelines, joints and sealing areas to ensure there is no leakage of natural gas. Regularly conduct gas leak detection to prevent potential gas leakage hazards.

2. It is necessary to match a qualified gas pressure regulating device to ensure the supply pressure is stable within the equipment's rated range. Strictly prohibit abnormal operation at high or low pressure.

3. Before starting, fully evacuate the residual air in the pipelines and complete the ignition process according to the specifications to prevent gas accumulation and potential explosion. Maintain good ventilation in the workshop.

4. During operation, confirm the integrity of the radiant tubes and the aluminum infiltration coating to avoid damage to the high-temperature-resistant tube walls due to collision, do not operate at temperatures exceeding 280℃ (strictly prohibited).

5. Regularly clean the burner and the air intake filter to prevent dust and impurities from blocking the pipelines, affecting combustion efficiency and temperature control accuracy.

6. Before maintenance or repair, make sure to close the main gas valve and cut off the power supply. Wait for the equipment to cool down completely before operating. Avoid scalding from high temperatures and gas risks.

7. Monitor the gas consumption, temperature parameters and combustion status on a daily basis. Immediately stop the machine and check when there are abnormal sounds, unusual odors, or unstable temperatures.

8. Installation and commissioning as well as gas pipeline modification must be carried out by certified personnel. Follow local gas safety regulations and industrial heat treatment equipment safety procedures.
